The amount of effort you put into something is entirely irrelevant-only the results matter.
If you spend your lifetime working incredibly hard on something, yet it never materializes, it never initiates change, it doesn’t help you grow, and never sees the light of the day, you might as well didn’t do anything.
Aim for impact. You want to work smart, not hard, and you want to work on things that matter.
